VINYASA FLOW – HIPS AND HEART

Connect to your breath and the flowing, dynamic movement of your body to open your hips and your heart. This class is an invitation to get down in the legs and create stability and space in the hips in order that we may rise up and feel our hearts soar!

Open to all levels and abilities.

MINFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION

Take time to prepare the body for seated meditation. Connect breath and body with gentle joint rotations and simple movement flows and then settle in to a seated meditation to clam the mind and invite deep relaxation.
