Cardross Estate · Stirlingshire

A festival setting like no other

Right in the heart of Scotland, Cardross Estate isn't just the setting. It's the soul of Back Doune The Rabbit Hole.

A backdrop that speaks for itself

There's more to it than what's on stage

Over 4,500 acres of parkland, woodland and farmland, Cardross Estate is something special. From ancient oak trees to wild open stretches and the gentle flow of the River Forth, every part of the estate brings its own character.

There are centuries of history here, built into the land itself. You can feel it, in a place that's open, alive and made to be explored.

The perfect festival location

Easy to reach, properly away from it all

Just outside Stirling in Port of Menteith, Cardross gives you the best of both worlds. It's easy to get to from Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond, but once you're in, it feels properly away from it all.

You're surrounded by some of Scotland's best scenery, with the Lake of Menteith just down the road and the Trossachs stretching out around you. It's a place worth the trip on its own.

Where the River Forth runs through

Running through the estate, the River Forth shapes more than just the landscape. It's where you'll find The Secret Garden, our on-site festival spa, set along the water and right at the heart of it all.

Looking after the land

We're working closely with Cardross Estate to keep our impact on the land as light as possible. From energy and water use to how we build and run the site, we're making changes that respect the place we're lucky enough to use each summer.

As we grow, we're doing it carefully, making decisions that protect the land and keep things honest.
